Job description

Role

We're looking for a Talent & Content Coordinator to keep our creator operation running as it scales. You'll report directly to our Talent Manager, who owns creator strategy and the roster, and you'll take ownership of the high-volume, high-touch parts of the pipeline: sourcing and onboarding creators, keeping content organized, and making sure deliverables land on time. This is the role that keeps a 70+ creator network moving day to day.

Job requirements

About the Company

We're Panda Drum (pandadrum.com), the world's largest DTC steel tongue drum brand with 200,000+ customers worldwide. We're a performance marketing company that sells a wellness product. Our ads drive everything, and our UGC content is the engine behind them.

What you'll do:

  • Source and reach out to new UGC creators (X, Backstage, portfolios, communities), shortlist the strong ones, and run first-touch outreach

  • Onboard creators end to end: contracts, product orders, access, and making sure nothing stalls

  • Keep our content library organized: tag, categorize, and label incoming UGC so editors can find and use it fast

  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and revisions across the roster, and chase relentlessly until content lands

  • Coordinate creator payments and invoices, and flag anything that needs approval

  • Keep the pipeline board accurate so the team always knows what's where

  • Bring ideas: flag creators, formats, and content that are working

What we need:

  • Fluent written and spoken English, you'll be messaging US-based creators every day with ocassional calls

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, tracking dozens of moving pieces without dropping any

  • Persistent follow-through, you don't let a late creator or an open revision slip

  • A self-starter who takes a task and runs, rather than waiting to be told each step

  • An eye for content, you can tell strong UGC from weak, not just move it through a spreadsheet

  • Comfortable across time zones, some creator responses land outside standard hours

  • Comfortable in Notion, Slack, and spreadsheets, and quick to learn new tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience coordinating UGC creators, influencers, or a content pipeline

  • Background in DTC ecommerce, social, or performance marketing

  • Experience with content libraries or DAM tools (e.g. Air)

  • 1 to 2 years in a coordination, admin, or content-support role

Growth:

This is a build-and-grow seat. As you prove you can own the pipeline, there's room to take on briefing, creator strategy, and more of the creative side, working directly with the Talent Manager.
